Shipping

- With each delivery you receive an invoice, which is also valid as an order confirmation.
All prices are inclusive of German VAT, currently 19%. The applicable price is the price prevailing at the time of purchasing.

- We ship the goods only in a special Deutsche Post approved package.

- We always do our best to process the orders as fast as possible and ship the goods within 24 hours upon receipt of payment.

- We ship with UPS or Hermes Logistik Gruppe, except you wish us to use another shipping company.
The goods are insured up to 570€. The delivery within Germany takes as a rule 2-3 days.
We are not liable for any delay, caused by the shipping company.

- Please ask separately if you wish the goods to be shipped to another EU or non-EU country.
The shipping price will be offered case by case.

- For orders of less than 95€ within Germany a rate of 5,50€ for postage and packing applies.
For orders within EU the price is between 9,00€ and max. 45,00€ (2 packages) for postage and packing. The prices are in our standard buisness conditions (in German). The delivery within the EU takes 5-7 days.

- For orders to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra and San Marino the price for deliverys for a 7 Kg. package is 25,00€, a 14 Kg. package is 32,00€, a 22 Kg. package is 41,00€ and a 28 Kg. package is 50,00€, a 35 Kg. package (2) is 85,00€ and a 45 Kg. package (2) is 99,00€.

- For orders of more than 95€ within Germany we offer free delivery.

- You can pick up the goods also directly in our Vinothek in Seligenstadt-Froschhausen.

Mon to Fri 9:00-10:30
Wed and Fri 15:30-19:00
Sat 10:00-14:00
or upon agreement.

- For deliveries within Rhein-Main area, it is possible for us to deliver directy to you, not using postage.
Please contact us in advance to arrange the details.

Return policy                                                                                                                                                                                           
- You can return the purchased goods, without giving reasons, within one month.
The commencement of the term begins with the receiving of the goods.
It is enough to send the goods back to Randon's Vinothek, Am Sandborn 22, 63500 Seligenstadt within one month to meet the specified time.

- The return policy do not apply to business purchases.

- The return policy do not apply to perishables, which best before day will be excessed through the return.
