Prosecco grape variety used to be one, from which the same was made Prosecco . Since 01/01/2010 there is only the origin. Prosecco and Spumante is produced in most regions, such as Piedmont, Trent, Veneto, Friuli, Marche and Sicily. There is Prosecco DOC, which may only be produced in Valdobbiadene, Spumante Metodo Classico, Brachetto d'Acqui, Asti Spumante, Fragolino, a sweet and fruity sparkling wine. Known producers are Le Colture, Fratelli Lunelli / Ferrari, San Martino Caccaro, Cavazza, Bodega, Giuseppe Anselmi & Luigi, Tasca d'Almerita or Garofoli.
