Made from 100% Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes and a 18-month aging in French oak barrels from Allier and Troncais, have created a superb red wine. The grapes were picked from the 09/13/2007 and from 07/07/2009 filled in bottles. Deep purple, almost black, a bouquet with a strong Cabernet taste that reminds of red berries, blackberries, cherries and spices. The taste is strong, dense and elegant tannins. A master among the Cabernet Sauvignon. Have the Cabernet-Sauvignon during my visit to Sicily, at Tasca d'Almerita, can try on and for me he is one of the best red wines of Tasca d'Almerita and I can only recommend him.
