§ 1 Scope of this directive
The following conditions apply to the business relations between RV and the customer. Alternative terms are not accepted by RV. Such can be accepted only if there is a written agreement between the customer and RV.
§ 2 Data privacy
All personal data is stored and used for individual support purposes only. We will never forward your personal data to third parties with the exception of the shipment information, which is passed to the delivery company only. If the customer wishes to change or delete his personal data, he is kindly asked to send an email to RV.
§ 3 Prices
All declared prices are per piece/bottle inclusive of value added tax (VAT). Unless otherwise stated, the size of the bottles is 0,75 l.
§ 4 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of our products in our online shop is not a legal offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. After entering your personal data and clicking on the button “Order” in the closing step of the ordering process, you purchase obligatory the goods which are in your basket. You will receive a confirmation of the access of your order immediately afterwards. The contract is considered as concluded with the delivery of the shipment or our dispatch confirmation.
§ 5 Payment
We accept payment by cash on delivery only within Germany, credit card (Master Card, Visa and American Express), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and prepayment. With the delivery you will receive an invoice, which is identical with the order confirmation. All prices are inclusive of value added tax (currently 19%). The applicable price is the price prevailing on the date of ordering.

§ 6 Delivery
We deliver with UPS and Hermes Logistik Gruppe to the subsequently mentioned countries. The goods are automatically insured up to a merchandise value of € 510,00. If you wish us to ship to a country not mentioned in the list, or you prefer another delivery option, please email: info@randons-vinothek.de or call: +49 6182 993209.
1. Deliveries within Germany:
From an invoice value of € 95,00 we deliver free of shipping cost within Germany. Below an invoice value of € 95,00 we charge only partial freight charge as of € 4,00 and max. € 6,50.
2. Deliveries to EU countries and Monaco:
The price for deliverys in the EU and Monaco start at € 12,00 and max. € 58,00, all in.
- Deliverys to Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Czech Republik:
up to 32 Kg. we charge 12.00€, up to 60 Kg. we charge 22.00€ and up to 95 Kg. we charge 30.00€ shipping cost.
- Deliverys to Great Britain, Monaco, Austria, France, Sweden and Finland:
up to 32 Kg. we charge 15.00€, up to 60 Kg. we charge 29.00€ and up to 95 Kg. we charge 42.00€ shipping cost.
- Deliverys to Greece, Irland, Portugal and Spain:
up to 32 Kg. we charge 20.00€, up to 60 Kg. we charge 39.00€ and up to 95 Kg. we charge 58.00€ shipping cost.
- Deliverys to Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Hungary:
up to 32 Kg. we charge 17.00€, up to 60 Kg. we charge 33.00€ and up to 95 Kg. we charge 49.00€ shipping cost.
- Deliverys to Slovakia, Slovenia and Poland:
up to 32 Kg. we charge 16.00€, up to 60 Kg. we charge 30.00€ and up to 95 Kg. we charge 45.00€ shipping cost.
For shipping to Switzerland, San Marino, Andorra, and Roy Liechtenstein, with UPS (German Tax Free, max.40Kg.) below an invoice weight of 10 Kg. we charge € 26,00, from an invoice weight of 20 Kg., we charge € 35,00, from an invoice weight of 32 Kg., we charge € 55,00 and from an invoice weight of 40 Kg. (2 packages) we charge € 70,00, shipping cost. The weight of the package is 1,5 Kg.
Shipping to Switzerland and Roy Liechtenstein, with Hermes Logistik Group (German Tax Free),
- 0-12 bottles, max. 18Kg., we charge 28,00€, insured shipping costs
- 13-24 bottles, max. 30Kg., 2 packages we charge 49,00€, insured shipping costs
- 25-36 bottles, max. 60Kg., 3 packages, we charge 69,00€, insured shipping costs
Shipping to the United States of America (German Tax Free).
- 0-9 bottles, max. 10Kg., we charge 88,00€, insured shipping costs
- 10-18 bottles, max. 20Kg., we charge 118,00€, insured shipping costs
- 19-36 bottles, max. 52Kg., 2 packages, we charge 270,00€, insured shipping costs
Please note: We do not deliver liquers, brandy and grappa to the USA (due to custom regulations).
3. We deliver to the following countries:
Andorra, Bulgaria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (aside from Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion), Greece, Great Britain (except for Jersey, Guernsey), Northern Ireland, Iceland, Ireland, Italia (except for Livigno, Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal (except for the Azores, Madeira), Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except for Ceuta, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Gomera, El Hierro, Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary and the United States of America.
The delivery of your order will be quick and reliable. Delivery within Germany takes 2–3 days, in the EU 5-7 days. We take no responsibility for delay caused by the shipping company.
§ 7 Exchange
If not otherwise explicitly stated, we deliver as a replacement for any sold out vintage the following vintage provided that it is equivalent in type and price.
§ 8 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the account is fully settled.
§ 9 Wrong delivery, missing items, break
Please inform us directly. We will manage it for you. In case of break or visible damage of the package please don’t accept the delivery and inform us directly.
§ 10 Customer pick up
If you want to pick up the goods yourself in our shop, please inform us in advance, so we can prepare the goods and you don’t have to wait.
Pick up times: Monday-Friday 9:00 – 10:30 am or during the opening times of our shop: Wednesday and Friday 15:30 – 19:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 – 14:00 am or upon agreement.
§ 11 Return policy
1. You can return the delivered goods without giving any reasons within one month after receipt, unless you have ordered as business purchasers (orders by entrepreneur). The time limit begins after receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to dispatch the goods timely.
The return policy does not apply to perishable goods which sell-by date will be exceeded through the return.
2. Consequences of return
In the event of an effective revocation, each party shall return goods and services to the other party and reimburse any utilized usage.
You can avoid the obligation for value replacement, by not using the goods like an owner and omit everything that could discount the goods value.
§ 12 Guarantee of quality
We are convinced of the quality of our wines and products. If you don’t like one of our wines, we will take back the original closed bottles up to 6 weeks after delivery. We will exchange or reimburse all not opened bottles that are “corky” or not okay in other way, up to 6 weeks after delivery. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to dispatch the goods timely.
After return in due time the contract of sale will be cancelled. Your payment will be credited to you. The return policy does not apply to perishable goods which sell-by date will be exceeded through the return.
§ 13 Contact and guarantee

§ 14 Miscellaneous
With the appearance of the current price list all former price lists expire. The offer is subject to change. The prices in the moment of order apply. If one vintage is sold out, the price does no longer apply.
§ 15 Protection of minors
In accordance with law for the protection of the youth we sell alcohol only to persons, who are at least 18 years old. In case of doubt we reserve our right to cancel the order or to request a copy of valid personal identification.
