Espresso coffee
The kind of the preparation as well as one the Espressocoffee today knows, probably arose about 1900 in Milan. The main part are mostly Arabica the beans which grow in the highland of Kenya, Colombia and Central America. These put out approx. 60% of the global trade. Besides there are still the Robusta the bean which grows in areas of 600m. This is added, above all, in the different espresso kinds, because it makes a nice cream. Most Italian espresso kinds are roasted a little more darkly what makes the taste intesive. We offer you different kinds like Poli from Bergamo, Saquella from Pescara, ground coffee of Costadoro, from Piedmont and coffee of Mokarico from Tuscany.
